EcoRutas CR is built with contributions from people who drive. These are the rules that keep the map useful.
What you can publish
- Points that really exist and that you visited or know. An invented point makes someone drive to a place where there is nothing.
- Locations as precise as possible. Better the pin on the actual entrance than on the center of town.
- Reviews based on your own experience at that point.
- Fake, invented or duplicate points
- Advertising or promotion of businesses other than the point itself
- Offensive language, insults or discrimination in any text field
- Third parties' personal data: names, phone numbers, license plates
- Anything unrelated to charging or gas points
How to report

What happens next
No report deletes anything automatically. All reports go to a queue that is reviewed by hand. That prevents anyone from making a legitimate point disappear by reporting it many times.
On review, the point may stay as it is, be corrected (for example if the pin was misplaced) or be removed. Reports are private: nobody but the moderator can see them, not even the person who sent them.
